Lori Williams Gardiner DNP, APRN, FNP, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Gardiner is a dual certified Family/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of nursing experience. She began her nursing career in the early 90’s as a licensed practical nurse.
She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nicholls State University, A Master of Science in Family Practice from the University of South Alabama in 2008 and a doctorate of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain University in 2020. She is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Dr. Gardiner is a current member of the United States Army Reserves and an Army Veteran. She is experienced in treating Soldiers and Veterans with different medical and mental health conditions.
Dr. Gardiner practices through a Holistic platform and is dedicated to working with patients and families. She is experienced in treating Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Anger Management. She also performs Pre and Post Weight Loss Surgery Evaluations.
Dr. Gardiner is currently accepting new patients.

Michael L. Gardiner
He is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of managerial experience. He retired from the Army as a Warrant Officer, where he spent 30 years specializing in Human Resources and Logistics. Michael also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Information Systems from Phoenix University.
